The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) is pleased to
invite your corporation to join us in creating an environment of opportunity
for women’s business enterprises.
This document provides a detailed description
of WBENC, its mission, operating structure, and programs. It outlines how your corporation can optimize its WBENC
membership. We invite you to participate in our continued progress.
Membership Requirements
We encourage all companies to join WBENC and take advantage of the available resources to grow and improve their supplier diversity programs. Other membership requirements include:
- A supplier diversity program*.
- Promote WBE product and service capabilities to your supply chain management or purchasing organization.
- Promote business opportunities for WBEs in the Marketplace.
*When a prospective member does not have an existing program, we do require that the corporation have an implementation schedule with the stated goal of having a viable program within a calendar year of joining WBENC.
