The 2023 Forum Insights Series sessions from The Women’s Enterprise Forum (the Forum) are an opportunity to engage with WBENC Forum members at the national level. WBEs attending will gain wisdom and network with these top WBEs that commit their time, experience and leadership to WBENC and growing WBEs.

Remote work has turned employee engagement upside down. What has successfully worked for years now has to be reinvented. Hear about new strategies in employee engagement, including best practices for remote and hybrid workforces. Learn how to manage a program leveraging your leadership and existing resources. Take away ideas you can implement immediately.

Tammy Cohen is a nationally honored entrepreneur, successful business woman, and philanthropist. A pioneer of the background screening industry, Tammy founded InfoMart nearly 30 years ago and is referred to as “the Queen of Screen.” InfoMart’s one of the largest screening companies nationwide and serves over 9,000 clients, many of which are on the Fortune & Forbes 100.

The road to success has not been easy, beginning with a $0 start-up fund twenty-five years ago, Tammy’s fierce determination and adaptability is what has led her company in overcoming challenges to become a recognized leader in a highly competitive and male-dominated industry.

Tammy is a 2023 WBE Star and serves on the WBENC Forum Domestic Team as Second Vice Chair.
