What piece of advice would you give to women entrepreneurs that want to do business with your corporation?
Do your research and be patient…understand what type of work Accenture is doing.
What drove you to a career in diversity and inclusion?
I worked in Sourcing and wanted to give a chance to more diverse businesses. And when I did – the businesses were amazing and innovative.
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
Treat everyone with respect no matter what their level or job is.

Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, my sister and all women entrepreneurs!

If the weather is nice – sit on my outside deck and read.

I work from home, so it’s very comfortable and neat.
