WeAMPLIFY is a WBENC Executive Education Program curated specifically for:

Solopreneurs: WBEs in private practice who have a single-person business model
AND
WBEs primarily marketing to WBEs

This cohort-style program is designed to build a unique community of women business owners who want to:

• Establish peer accountability and support to grow and sustain their business
• Create meaningful relationships with other WBEs
• Become part of a community of business owners with similar long-term goals for their businesses
• Gain insights on how to leverage certification and increase capacity through business modeling

The six-week program will consist of 2-hour sessions that include social learning combined with customized groups of WBEs, or “mastermind groups.”

• LEVERAGE
  Leverage your third-party access to markets through ongoing engagement with the corporate supplier community.

WeAMPLIFY will be held virtually between September 12th – October 17th on Thursdays from 12:00-2:00 ET.

The program dates are as follows:

• 9/12/24: INTRO: Building Your CEO Mindset
• 9/19/24: GROWTH: Building Your Bench/Team: How to expand your team and get your time back.
• 9/26/24: INFRASTRUCTURE: Building Your Organization: How to lay the foundation to grow and scale.
• 10/3/24: NETWORK: Building Your Network: How to leverage the ecosystem to grow your business.
• 10/10/24: MARKETING: Building Your Brand Value: How to increase your value proposition and market your business.
• 10/17/24: TEAMING/PARTNERSHIPS: Establishing Alliances and partnerships to grow your business

Program Cost: None 

WBEs will not be required to pay any fees unless they cancel after program registration.

Program Structure: 

• WeAMPLIFY is one-part mastermind, one-part peer advisory board for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) owners established to engage and support women in leveraging access to secure contracts and scale their business.  
• WeAMPLIFY weekly sessions are made up of the following:
  • Facilitated Learning Sessions for All Participants:
    • Educational content lead by WBENC-Certified WBE, Diverse & Engaged.
  • “Mastermind” Breakout Groups (During the Facilitated Learning Sessions) based on identification related to:
    • Solopreneurs (WBEs in private practice who have a single-person business model)
    • WBEs primarily marketing to WBEs

• What does the program include?  
  • Program participants will attend one 2-hour session each week virtually
  • Each session will include time allocated for social learning as well as community building and networking in focused “mastermind” breakout groups
  • Sharing of best practices and resources in support of growing together
  • Gaining access to high proximity opportunities
  • Developing a sustainable business model 
  • Building a long-term community of advisors and fellow WBEs to create accountability and support for long-term success

Eligibility:

• Currently WBENC-Certified and in good standing as a Women’s Business Enterprise by WBENC and Regional Partner Organization
• Must be the majority owner of the company
