WeGROW

WeGROW is the next level of the WBENC Executive Education journey for Certified WBEs, diving deeper into core areas of business to support WBE growth: Leadership & Communications, Business Strategy, HR & Operations and Marketing & Sales.

WBEs that participate in WeGROW will gain tools and strategies needed to propel their businesses to the next stage of growth through this hands-on, outcome-focused growth readiness program (virtual).

The inaugural cohort of WeGROW will be held virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays from July 9 – August 15, delivered through 9 sessions and 3 bonus sessions.

Through participating in WeGROW, WBEs will further learn skills to:

• Establish a confident leadership mindset
• Develop best practices that foster profitable growth
• Attract & retain the best talent
• Deliver measureable success to the bottom line
• Build sustainable processes that support speed & scale

WeGROW will focus on topics that business owners need to GROW to their next level of success.

• The Leadership and Communications sessions will help participants to establish a confident leadership mindset and develop strategies to build high performing teams.
• The Business Strategy sessions will establish best practices for the planning and execution of profitable growth.
• The HR & Operations section of the curriculum will teach participants how to effectively attract and retain talent and to deliver measurable success to the bottom line.
• The Marketing & Sales sessions will dig into sustainable marketing processes that will support speed and scale.

WBEs in all phases of business who have completed WeTHRIVE, WeIGNITE or Tuck I and want to position their business to grow in the near future.

Program participant requirements:

• Currently certified and in good standing as a WBENC Certified Business Enterprise
• Must be the female owner of the company
• Has previously completed WeTHRIVE, WeIGNITE, or the Tuck I Programs
