Anna Halloran Jacob has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate operations. Anna has advised CEOs and boards on over $5 billion in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and private and public equity and debt offerings. She has advised companies in the consumer, business services, healthcare, manufacturing, digital, and software sectors.

Prior to American Discovery Capital, Anna was an investment banker for both middle market and Fortune 500 companies, including while at RBC and Lehman Brothers. As a principal in a $500 million private equity firm, she invested in the consumer, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Anna also was COO for an investment banking client company with over 150 employees. She has served as an Adjunct Finance Professor at Loyola Marymount University.

Anna received her MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, and a BA in Economics from University of California Irvine. She holds Series 7, 79, 24 and 63 licenses with FINRA.
