Danielle Nartowicz is the Vice President of Merchandise Planning & Allocation for the Home, Foods and Leased businesses at Macys, Inc. She has held various planning positions at Macys over her 17 year tenure. In her most recent role, Danielle is responsible for guiding both short and long term financial plans that set the strategic vision for profitable growth and serve as a roadmap in driving key business trends. As a leader in inventory management with oversight of replenishment and assortment allocation, Danielle is focused on optimizing inventory across the network to maximize productivity and margin expansion.  Danielle is an adaptable leader with a passion for coaching and empowering others to reach their full potential.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Danielle and her husband Matt along with their 2 children, Averie & Nathan, reside in Long Island, New York. They enjoy spending time outdoors and gathering around the table for good food with family and friends.
