Nancy G. Allen is an international speaker, coach, consultant, author and expert on women’s business issues. As President of the Women’s Business Development Council of Florida, Nancy manages a team of staff, sponsors, partners and women business leaders who are dedicated to certifying, connecting and championing women in business.

Nancy has been recognized for her work on behalf of women in business through numerous prestigious awards, including of South Florida’s 100 most accomplished Caribbean Americans, Women Impacting Public Policy’s Legacy Circle Award, and the Group of 100 Global Women Leaders.

Nancy is the author of 2 books: The Decision to Scale: 25 Tips for Women-Owned Businesses Looking to Grow, and The Decision to Start: 25 Tips for a Second Career as a Woman Business Owner. The books offer tips, tools, resources and inspiration for women looking to start and scale their business to the next level.

Nancy’s personal motto is “Connections, creativity and courage in all endeavors.” She is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Nancy was born in Haiti and raised in South Florida. She is bilingual in English and French and fluent in Spanish and Creole.
