As a Senior Merchant, Nicolle manages the Doors team at Lowe’s. She is responsible for delivering financial performance for her business, building product lines and customer experiences, vendor negotiations, and leading her team. Nicolle has been at Lowe’s for 17 years, previously working in Blinds and Shades, Tile, and Home Organization.

Nicolle earned a BS in Economics from Cornell College and her MBA in Marketing from University of Iowa. She previously worked for Target in finance.
