Patricia Rodriguez-Christian is an entrepreneurial executive with 25+ years of C-level experience at privately held CRC Group Inc. As CEO, Patricia has provided leadership and direction at B2B/B2C companies in retail, restaurant, business processing outsourcing, real estate, and construction, from start-up through maturity. Patricia currently serves on corporate and non-profit Boards and is passionate about making diversity and inclusion a priority in all endeavors. She has been recognized for her leadership in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She has been inducted into the Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame by the American Institute for Diversity and Commerce and received the Bronze Medal Award from the US Dept of Commerce for her work on the MSI program. She has a Master of Public Administration from University of New Mexico, a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development, and holds a Corporate Director Certification from Harvard Business School. She makes Dallas her home with her family and golden doodle Lola.
