Manager, Supplier Diversity

Allison Kube is a part of the Supplier Diversity team at Capital One. She is responsible for sourcing diverse suppliers for Capital One’s procurement efforts and leads two of Capital One’s diverse supplier development programs, SAGE Advice and the Diverse Supplier Mentoring program. These programs provide tools, resources and mentoring to enable diverse businesses to become more competitive in the marketplace.

Allison joined Capital One in 2011 as a supplier manager. In this role, she supported a number of different categories including Tech, Digital and Bank. At her first opportunity, Allison began volunteering with the Supplier Diversity team in various manners and in October 2018 she joined the Supplier Diversity team permanently.

Prior to joining Capital One, Allison was in sales management for Paychex. She brought payroll and HR services to small and medium sized businesses. It was during this time that her passion for helping businesses was developed. The tenacity, drive and will that goes into running a business is unparalleled. She wants to do everything in her power to help them succeed.

Allison is a proud graduate of The University of Virginia. She has been on the Board of Directors of the Richmond YMCA since 2004 and is currently acting First Vice-Chair of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council.
