For the past fifteen years, Bliss Coulter has been helping to improve operations and drive company growth and sustainability in both small and large businesses. A Texas native, Bliss is an a dynamic, achievement driven executive dedicated to helping women advance in their careers.

She brings extensive leadership experience, with proven results, in organizational growth, strategic vision, program design and implementation, diversifying and expanding revenue streams as well building collaborative partnerships.

As the President and CEO of the Women’s Business Council-Southwest, Bliss is responsible for board governance, fiscal and public affairs, strategic planning and oversight, day to day business management and operations.

Bliss is known as the “Connectinator”, always finding ways to link people with opportunities. She is a champion of women in business, with a mission to help all women business owners grow and succeed.
