Dara DiLeo is a Program Officer for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, a business education program designed to help entrepreneurs increase revenue and create jobs. She invests philanthropic capital to spark economic growth in communities across the country.

Dara is a former entrepreneur and built a web-based business that sold solar generators, solar panels, and other lifestyle products made from recycled and sustainable materials. She sold the business to a strategic buyer in 2023.

Prior to her role in 10,000 Small Businesses, Dara executed Merger and Acquisition transactions in Goldman Sachs’ Firmwide Strategy Division with deal values ranging from $11 million to over $2 billion. She also spent time in Goldmans’ Investment Banking Compliance Department advising on transactions in Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, and Public Sector and Infrastructure.

Dara holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
