Mr. Jason Allen joined MassMutual in 2021 as Lead Portfolio Manager for the Impact Investments team, with responsibilities including investment strategy and selection, with a focus on the Catalyst Fund and portfolio management for the Impact Investing portfolio. Prior to MassMutual, Jason was the Vice President, Investments at MassVentures, a quasi-public investment entity for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with responsibilities including deal selection, investment structures and portfolio management. Prior to MassVentures, Jason spent over eight years as an operator in early stage and publicly traded companies such as CustomMade Ventures, Attivio (acquired by ServiceNow NYSE: NOW), and Ovia Health (acquired by LabCorp NYSE:LH) and  GoTo (formerly LogMeIn). He holds a B.A. from Denison University and a J.D. from Northeastern University and a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School.
