Jean Rene Tchocksi joined Capital One Bank in October 2019. As a banker, I have the opportunity to help, learn about and create opportunities for business owners. Working with clients from all different industries and backgrounds makes every day different. Being in the role for over 25 years has been extremely gratifying.

I have seen small businesses turn into big ones and watched existing business owners create succession plans for their families to take over. It is tremendously fulfilling to help our clients grow and be successful! I focused on relationship building, coaching, developing and implementing tailored credit, deposit, and cash management strategies for clients.

Prior to Capital One Bank, I worked for PNC Bank in Atlanta for 2 years, as VP and Sr Healthcare Banker, where I served as a Specialist and coached 23 bank branches in my territory. In the Healthcare Banking segment, I focused on ultra-high-net-worth medical doctors with private practice and attorneys’ firms. Prior to that, I worked as a Business Banking Relationship Manager for Bank of America in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and a Branch Banking Center Manager for 17 years, managing 16 employees.
