Jordan Baynard is the Procurement Director of Environmental & Social Responsibility at Ecolab, a global chemical company. His commitment is to help close the wealth gap that exists for underrepresented populations in business. He is able to do that by directing spend and marshalling resources to help develop and elevate diversity in the marketplace. Jordan has a varied background in Finance, Operations, Sales and Procurement from his 15-year career across several Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he managed the Light Fleet and Manufacturing categories within Ecolab’s Indirect Procurement team. He has served on community Boards and enjoys mentoring high school students and coaching high school football and his kids’ various teams when he can. He holds a BS in Accounting and Management from Drake University in Des Moines, IA and an MBA from Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN. Jordan was born in Philadelphia, raised in South Minneapolis and now resides in St Paul, MN with his wife and two kids.
