Kevin Fease is Vice President and Treasurer at Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC. In this role, he leads the team responsible for cash management, investor and rating agency relations, financing transactions, benefit plan investment, credit and compliance, and insurable risk.

Previously, he served as Associate General Counsel, where he had primary responsibility for all Oncor reporting and filing requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Kevin joined the company in 2004, serving in the corporate legal department where he focused on financing and commercial transactions. In his previous roles, he advised a number of business functions, including treasury. Prior to joining Oncor, he served in similar corporate legal functions at AEP.
