Mike Grable is Vice President and Chief Sustainability, Compliance, and Risk Officer for Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, which operates the largest transmission and distribution system in Texas. His prior roles include president of NextEra Energy, Inc.’s Lone Star Transmission, LLC subsidiary; general counsel of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, Inc. (ERCOT); advisor to Commissioner Barry T. Smitherman of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT); briefing attorney for Justice Craig T. Enoch of the Supreme Court of Texas; and various law firm experience. Mike received his bachelor of arts from Duke University and his juris doctor from the College of William and Mary School of Law.
