Trey is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department dedicated to developing strategies to achieve clients’ objectives. He has extensive experience in every facet of litigation, including jury trials, arbitrations, injunctions, motion practice and mediations, and has successfully represented a variety of clients from across the globe and here in Music City – from Fortune 500 companies and executives to artists, producers, and entertainers. His experience handling a variety of complex, securities and business/M&A litigation disputes, as well as entertainment and sports law litigation and contracts, gives him the tools to provide effective and innovative legal solutions to achieve clients’ desired outcomes and goals, and clients value his ability to advocate and deliver for them throughout the entire litigation process. Trey had the honor of serving as a law clerk for Chief Justice Jeffrey S. Bivins of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 2016-2017, and prior to practicing law, he was an English Teacher in Chiba, Japan.
