Sundari Pai Luts serves currently as the Director of Responsible & Integrated Sourcing, Global Procurement COE, at Regeneron. She is passionate about economic inclusion, supplier development, community empowerment, and strategic advocacy. In her current role, Sundari leads the development and execution of the Global Responsible and Integrated Sourcing program working with small, medium, and large businesses that are multifaceted and niche, building Regeneron’s global supply base and ensuring economic equity us at the forefront of procurement strategies.

Bringing over 17 years of experience in the field, across commercial and government sectors, Sundari offers a unique perspective. She has held leadership positions with medium and large businesses and the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. Prior to joining Regeneron, she worked at Bristol Myers Squibb, contributing to the company’s induction into the Billion Dollar Roundtable, expanding the global responsible program across 36+ countries, integrating program with ERGs and business stakeholder programs and more.
