Will has worked in the insurance and financial services industry for 11 years, with increasing accountability in the areas of procurement, strategy development, information technology, organizational transformation and acquisitions. As Chief Procurement Officer at MassMutual, he is playing a major role in transformation of the Procurement organization, building best-in-class procurement capabilities. Will is dedicated to driving supplier diversity in alignment with MassMutual’s strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. 

Prior to his current role, Will was the Transformation Lead for the company’s Workplace Solutions and Procurement organizations. Additionally, Will was part of the Technology senior leadership team and led IT Account Management, collaborating with senior executives to align technology solutions to business strategies.   Before joining MassMutual, Will started his career at Accenture as a consultant, leading SAP teams globally. Will holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees from The George Washington University.
